Exempted Countries:
By virtue of ECOWAS Protocol, A/P, 1/5/79 on Free Movement of persons, the Right of Residence and Establishment, all ECOWAS citizens can enter Liberia visa-free using ECOWAS passports that are valid at least six (6) months.

Countries exempted include:

The Republic of BENIN	The Republic of LIBERIA
BURKINA FASO	The Republic of MALI
The Republic of CABO VERDE	The Republic of NIGER
The Republic of COTE D’IVOIRE	The Federal Republic of NIGERIA
The Republic of GAMBIA	The Republic of SENEGAL
The Republic of GHANA	The Republic of SIERRA LEONE
The Republic of GUINEA	TOGOLESE Republic
The Republic of GUINEA BISSAU
